Store orders are shipped anywhere in the USA and countries, worldwide. Shipping fees will vary based on the delivery location.
Processing time is 2-7 business days unless there are a large volume of orders then it may be delayed. Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will be subjected to the delivery service used and the location.
Lost or damaged items:
All orders are packaged with the greatest of care and consideration of safety; however, if your package is damaged or lost, please contact the carrier to fill out a claim as I do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier. However, if there is an error with your order such as missing or incorrect items, please contact me via email. Please note I receive a large number of emails daily; response time is usually within 1-3 business days.
No refunds or replacements. except for if you have any major problems with your purchase (For example: Damaged, missing or incorrect items). If a refund is granted due to items being damaged, missing or incorrect, the processing time can vary, depending on the customer's bank's processing time for financial transactions. Customers should expect up to 13 business days to receive a refund. If an item is replaced, customers should refer to the regular processing time.
